To the editor:
With the new hate crime law will it now be necessary for a shooter to first find out if the intended victim is part of one of the hate groups? This law should really help with road rage since it would require those involved to stop, exit their cars and exchange information in regards to their identities. Does creating new feel good laws really help solve emotional related crimes?
