The 9th annual Turkey Burn will be 9 a.m. Nov. 28 at Craig Park in Greenwood. Cost ranges from $20 without a shirt to $35, which includes a sweatshirt.
The annual event is in memory of Jamie Sue Ramey, a Greenwood resident who died from cancer.
Families and runners can choose between 5-mile, 5K and 1.75-mile runs to get their holiday started.
Packet pickup is between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m. at the amphitheater in the park.
