- 9:48 p.m. Wednesday – U.S. 31 S. and Main St. Tuan Hlei Sang, 48, Indianapolis. Sang reported having pain in his knee/lower leg/foot. Run Mawi, 38, Indianapolis. Mawi reported having pain in her chest.
- 3:27 p.m. Wednesday – Smith Valley Road and Averitt Road. Amanda Renzi, 32, Greenwood. Renzi reported having pain in her head. Lyric Renzi Burdine, 9, Greenwood. Burdine reported having pain in her head.

- 2300 block of S. Nineveh Road, Franklin: A woman reported at 10:17 a.m. Thursday that someone had used her credit card to make three fraudulent charges to a television subscription.
