<p>Dale and Barbara (Allen) Mitchell celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary.</p><p>They were married on August 6, 1950 at Trafalgar Christian Church in Trafalgar.</p><p>The couple will be celebrating with a private family gathering on Saturday.</p><p>Dale and Barbara are both retired.</p><p>The couple have five children, Lennis (Ellen) Mitchell, Janet Schantz, Bruce (Kim) Mitchell, Judy (Joe) Wells, Jill (Allen) Whitehurst, 12 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.</p>
