Joseph "Joe" Clay Ferguson, 77, of Greenwood, Indiana formerly of Shelbyville, Indiana, passed away on August 07, 2020 from complications from heart surgery.
</p>
<p>
Joe was born on July 10, 1943 in Indianapolis to the late Cecil and Thelma Ferguson.
</p>
<p>
On November 20, 1971, Joe married the love of his life Sharon Leigh Ferguson (Thayer). Together, they shared many years of memories.
</p>
<p>
Joe is survived by his loving wife of nearly 49 years, Sharon; sons, Brandyn (Tricia) Ferguson and Chad (Candace) Ferguson; five grandchildren, Parker, Chloe, and Phoebe Ferguson, of Greenwood, Indiana, Tyler Smith of Knoxville, Tennessee, and Tristan Smith of Greenwood, Indiana.
