Indiana inmates make crosses for virus victims’ memorial

<p>BRANCHVILLE, Ind. &mdash; Inmates at a southern Indiana prison have donated 40 crosses for use at a memorial to people who died last year due to the coronavirus.</p>
<p>Catholic Charities of Perry County received the crosses from the Branchville Correctional Facility, according to the Indiana Department of Correction.</p>
<p>The crosses were made and painted by inmates working for Indiana Correctional Industries.</p>
<p>Branchville is northeast of Evansville.</p>
