Donald E. Price, 86, passed away at his residence in Franklin on Monday morning, March 29, 2021.
</p>
<p>
Don was born on December 19, 1934 in Indianapolis, Indiana, the son of Ernest and Ruth (Tarter) Price. He married Cheryl (Armstrong) Price on August 26, 1966. She lovingly survives. He is also survived by sons, Don Price, Jr. (Amber) and Larry Price; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was preceded in passing by his parents; daughters, Cheryl Price Mathena and Patty Price Phillips and granddaughter, Kylie Price.

<p>
Don was a 1954 graduate of Union High School.
</p>
<p>
He was a retired Semi-Driver for National Wine and Spirits.
</p>
<p>
He was a sixty-two year member of Union Village Lodge No. 545, F & A M where he was a Past Master and a member of the Indianapolis Valley of Scottish Rite.
</p>
<p>
Pastor Mark Powell will conduct a Celebration of Life Service on Monday, April 5 at 2:00 p.m. at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 North Morton Street, (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin with visitation on Monday, April 5 from 12:00 p.m. to time of service at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Hopewell Cemetery in Franklin, Indiana.
