350 Paris Drive, Fairfield Inn and Suites: A man reported at 7:24 p.m. Tuesday that he had a box of tools stolen from the toolbox in the bed of his truck.

Fraud

1850 block of Stetson Lane: Reported at 12:14 p.m. Tuesday that a fraud had occurred.

Thefts

  • 1281 S. Park Drive, La Quinta Inn: Reported at 7:29 a.m. Wednesday that a theft had occurred.
  • 1090 block of Westminster Row: Reported at 2:19 a.m. Wednesday that a theft of a vehicle from a parking lot had occurred.
  • 810 block of W. Smith Valley Road: Reported at 9:02 p.m. Tuesday that a vehicle theft had occurred.
  • 1251 U.S. 31 N., Stitch by Stitch: Reported at 6:21 p.m. Tuesday that a theft had occurred.
  • 899 E. Main St., Village Pantry: Reported at 6:07 p.m. Tuesday that a man and woman were arrested on multiple charges.

Fraud

2290 block of Marina Court, Greenwood: A man reported at 11:39 a.m. Tuesday that he received a debit card for unemployment that he had not signed up for.

The following people were recently arrested and booked into the Johnson County jail:

James Ray Holtsclaw Jr., 26, 804 E. Main St., Apt. 5, Washington; arrested on a charge of dealing controlled substance-schedule I, II or III substance; held on $5,000 bond.

Emily P. Schmoll, 33, 639 Mountain Pine Drive, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of violation of community corrections; held without bond.

Adam Tracy Phillips, 51, 301 N. Clay St., Edinburgh; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.

Abigail Michelle McDermott, 22, 1536 Younce St., Franklin; arrested on charges of bond forfeiture , possession of cocaine or narcotic drug and wanted on out of county warrants; held without bond.

Christopher Ray Robinson, 33, 1536 Younce St., Franklin; arrested on charges of vehicle theft, possession of hypodermic syringe or needle, resisting law enforcement and wanted on out of county warrants; held without bond.

Jeremy Alan Hawkins, 31, 836 S. Tompkins St., Shelbyville; arrested on an out of state warrant; held without bond.

Balion Antonio Watts, 34, 1036 Seelbach Ave., Louisville, Kentucky; arrested on charges of operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license, giving a false identity statement and wanted on an out of state warrant; held without bond.
