Indiana reports 913 new and confirmed COVID-19 cases

<p>INDIANAPOLIS &mdash; Indiana health officials are reporting 913 new and confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 12 additional deaths. </p>
<p>Overall, the state has reported nearly 730,000 confirmed COVID-19 infections and logged over 13,000 deaths, according to the Indiana State Department of Health. </p>
<p>At the same time, more than 2.1 million people in Indiana have been fully vaccinated, but the rate is <a href="https://apnews.com/article/indiana-coronavirus-pandemic-health-ab4e8352248c77cdfaa30e4cc2ed8a5c">slowing down</a>. </p>
<p>All residents age 16 and older are eligible for the shots. A vaccination site in Gary is offering vaccinations each day until June 2. </p>
