Locals contribute to tournament win
Nine players from Johnson County high schools helped the Indy Astros travel baseball team win the Pastime Midwest Invite championship over the weekend. Isaac Vessely of Greenwood Christian was joined on the roster by Greenwood’s Conner Stidham, Alex Honeycutt, Josh Miller and Luke Fiesel as well as Whiteland’s Korey Gordon, Nick Dwenger, Caden Wilburn and Preston Pitzer.
