2:33 p.m. Thursday — W. State Road 135 and Division Road., Franklin. Elen Zulkowski, 70, Indianapolis. Zulkowski reported having pain and injury to her back. Regina Solik, 26, Clayton. Solik reported having pain and injury to her elbow/lower arm. Jennifer Benes, 25, Danville. Benes reported having pain and injury to her neck.

Anthony Mark Sewell, 43, 114 W. Ben St., Taylorsville; arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia, maintaining a common nuisance-controlled substance/drug paraphernalia, possession of paraphernalia and possession of hypodermic syringe or needle; held on $5,600 bond.

Daniel Ray Duke, 28, 633 Johnson Ave., Franklin; arrested on charges of possession of paraphernalia and visiting a common nuisance-controlled substances; held on $2,000 bond.

Jason Anthony Edens, 42, 699 Hurricane St., Franklin; arrested on charges of manufacture/dealing methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/saliva, possession of paraphernalia and visiting a common nuisance-controlled substances; held on $6,500 bond.

Sean Paul Siegman Jr., 42, 82 Highland Ave., Franklin; arrested on possession of paraphernalia and visiting a common nuisance-controlled substances/drug paraphernalia; held on $2,000 bond.

Richard Timothy Shea Canter Jr., 45, 128 S. Carlisle St., Bargersville; arrested on charges of possession of paraphernalia, visiting a common nuisance-controlled substance/drug paraphernalia and manufacture/dealing methamphetamine; held on $3,200 bond.

Joshua Allen Brown, 40, 114 E. Main Cross St., Edinburgh; arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of hypodermic syringe or needle; held on $2,400 bond.

Deshawn Dimitri Nichols, 19, 7527 Walnut Ave., Hammond; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $500 bond.
