FRANKLIN
Doris “Dobie” Jane (Cox) Arnold, 65, passed away on Sunday, November 21, 2021 at her residence in Franklin.
Dobie was born on January 22, 1956 in Franklin, Indiana to the late Everett and Leona (Bay) Cox. She is survived by her loving son, Ryan Everett Cox; brother, Roger Cox; brother, Richard Cox (Glenda); sister, Teresa Clarkston (Ron); brother, Douglas Cox (Jennifer) and brother, Eric Cox. She is also survived by Ryan’s father, Macklin Arnold. She was preceded in passing by her parents and brother, Gary Cox.
Dobie was a 1974 graduate of Franklin Community High School.
She worked for many years with Roy L. Dickinson, longtime attorney in Franklin. She later worked for Franklin Title (now Security Title), where retired in January, 2021.
Dobie enjoyed going on vacation, especially her trips to the beach.
Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, November 24 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 North Morton Street (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin.
