Albion College snaps Grizzlies three-game win streak
Franklin College men’s basketball started slow at Albion, and never found its footing in an 81-54 loss at the Wittenberg Holiday Classic in Springfield, Ohio.
Ty Wright paced the Grizzlies (6-3) with 13 points, while Matt Krause led the way with 11 rebounds.
Women’s basketball squad loses at Albion
Jessica Nix scored 14 points and CiCi Bailey grabbed 10 rebounds, but it wasn’t enough as the Grizzlies dropped to 4-4 on the season with a 71-40 loss at Albion.
Franklin, which struggled mightily with its shooting touch (.241) and turnovers (26), is off until Dec. 29. The Grizzlies face Piedmont in the Amy Hasbrook Memorial Tournament at DePauw University.
