Criminal Mischief

4030 block of Willow Court: A man reported at 2:41 p.m. Monday that a juvenile threw what appeared to be a bag of oil on his vehicle.

1860 block of Crescent St.: A woman reported at 10:28 a.m. Monday that her parents vehicle had been egged sometime overnight.

930 block of Stonehurst Drive: A woman reported at 10:11 a.m. Friday that someone threw eggs on her vehicle sometime overnight.

Fraud

2801 N. Morton St., Franklin Police Department: A woman reported at 2:04 p.m. Saturday that she has had fraudulent charges on her Cash App account.

Hit and Run

150 block of E. Jefferson St.: A man reported at 1:46 a.m. Sunday that his neighbor’s vehicle had been damaged in a hit and run.

Thefts

1690 block of Woodside Circle: A man reported at 5:21 p.m. Sunday that his mailbox had been stolen.

1550 block of Tulip Drive: A man reported at 3:13 p.m. Saturday that several items were stolen from his vehicle.

Criminal Mischief

6640 block of State Road 44, Franklin: A woman reported at 3:09 a.m. Monday that someone cut her fence, her horses got loose and were in the roadway.

Fairview Road and Leisure Lane, Greenwood: Reported at 8:22 p.m. Thursday that criminal mischief had occurred.

Fraud

4160 block of Dartmoor Drive, Greenwood: A man reported at 4:35 p.m. Thursday that a fraudulent withdrawal from his checking account had occurred.

Hit and Run

W. State Road 144 and N. County Road W., Bargersville: Reported at 10:24 p.m. Sunday that a hit and run had occurred.

Thefts

1251 U.S. 31 N., Applebees, Greenwood: Reported at 8:03 p.m. Saturday that a theft had occurred.

4370 block of W. County Line Road, Greenwood: A man reported at 4:25 p.m. Saturday that his ex-girlfriend had stolen several items from him.

4050 block of Diamond Row, Greenwood: A man reported at 12:33 p.m. Saturday that someone stole his firearm from his vehicle.

402 Marketplace Drive, CVS, Greenwood: An employee reported at 8:18 p.m. Friday that two men entered the store and the individual left multiple times without paying for items.

John Eugene Worlow, 40, 4725 Madison Ave., Apt. 24, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $200 bond.

Robert Howard Masengale, 59, 1071 Hospital Road, Franklin; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.

Tristan Marie Kay Wilkins, 22, 206 Hart St., Edinburgh; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held without bond.

Tianna M. Helm, 30, 1331 Beach Tree Lane, Greenwood; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $710 bond.

Courtney D. Sizemore, 23, 425 Piatts Trailer Court, Edinburgh; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held without bond.

Guy Anthony Warfield, 35, 4628 Young Ave., Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of contempt; held on $545 bond.

Johnathan Z. Baker, 48, 2708 Woodfield Blvd., Franklin; arrested on charges of domestic battery and strangulation; held on $2,200 bond.

David B. Lindsey, 41, 1709 Morningside Drive, Shelbyville; arrested on charges of domestic battery knowing in the presence of a child, domestic battery with bodily injury and criminal mischief; held on $3,400 bond.

Joshua Bartley, 29, 6252 W. County Road 800 S., Reelsville; arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license; held on $8,600 bond.

Melissa Dawn Harrington, 40, 206 N. Charles B. Hall Drive, Brazil; arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and wanted on out of county warrants; held without bond.

Cody Ray Vaughn, 33, 520 E. Market St., Indianapolis; arrested on an out of county warrant; held without bond.
