700 block of Fireside Drive: A woman reported at 2:33 p.m. Thursday that someone signed a power of attorney form and sold her car without her permission.
Hit and Run
N. Meridian St. and Park Drive: A woman reported at 9:31 p.m. Thursday that she observed a vehicle with no headlights traveling northbound in the southbound lane toward her and when she attempted to get out of the way the other vehicle struck her head on and then fled the scene.

Kyle L. Manuel, 29, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $350 bond.
Jamie R. Sims, 29, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $300 bond.
Sierra A. Stewart, 23, Franklin; arrested on charges of possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia and neglect of dependant/child violations; held on $3,200 bond.
David A. Hoppes, 44, homeless; arrested on charges of resisting law enforcement, habitual traffic violator, possession of hypodermic syringe or needle, possession of methamphetamine, resisting law enforcement, possession of stolen property, aggressive driving, wanted on an out of state warrant and wanted on out of county warrants; held without bond.
