Robert ‘Bob’ P. Richards, 98 of Brown County, passed on June 15, 2022. He was preceded in death by his wife, Claire ‘Shorty’ Richards. A Celebration of Life Service will be held later. Arrangements by Meredith-Clark Funeral Home in Morgantown.
