996 S. State Road 135, Guitar Works: Reported at 6:12 p.m. Thursday that a hit and run had occurred.
Personal-injury accidents
7:47 p.m. Thursday – 1741 Keaton Way. Andrew Pickett, 28, Franklin. Pickett reported having minor bleeding with injury to his knee/lower leg/foot.
6:15 a.m. Thursday – U.S. 31 N. and Stop 18. Jasmine Richardson, 24, Whiteland. Richardson reported having pain and injury to her elbow/lower arm.
1:07 a.m. Thursday – E. Stop 18 and Industrial Drive. Kevin Dillard, 57, Monrovia. Dillard reported having a fracture/dislocation with injury to his head.

Threatening
482 Chaney Ave., Ulta: Reported at 3:37 p.m. Thursday that threats were made to employees on company property.

Mark Douglas Wagner II, 39, Franklin; arrested on a charge of reckless driving and a warrant for failure to appear in court; held without bond.
