Families can get the cold-weather gear they need for their kids through a local program that will provide them with winter coats.
Operation Bundle Up, a program of United Way of Johnson County, is collecting new and gently used warm winter coats.
Help Johnson County kids stay warm this winter by donating new hats, gloves, scarves, and new or gently used coats.
Donation boxes will be available at:

Daily Journal – 30 S. Water St., Ste. A, Franklin
First Financial Bank – Johnson County Branches
Horizon Bank – Johnson County Branches
Milto Cleaners
Mutual Savings Bank – Johnson County Branches
The outerwear distribution will be 4 to 7 p.m. Nov. 10 at Turning Point Church, 3600 N. Morton St., Franklin.
All children must be accompanied by an adult in order to receive a coat. Adults must bring ID and proof of Johnson County residency. For more information, call United Way at 317-736-7840.
