2600 Branigin Creek Blvd.: A woman reported at 2:12 p.m. Wednesday that someone had placed a order for a new cell phone without her permission with a cell phone provider.

890 block of Cherry Tree Lane: Reported at 8:26 p.m. Wednesday that a hit and run had occurred.

1100 block of Rockwell Drive: Reported at 1:36 p.m. Wednesday that an identity theft had occurred.

Thefts
1240 block of Blakely Drive: Reported at 11:06 a.m. Wednesday the theft of a license plate had occurred.
1250 U.S. 31 S., Ray Skillman Ford: Reported at 8:32 a.m. Wednesday that sometime overnight a set of wheels and tailgate were taken from vehicles on the dealer lot.
