I’m thrilled to see that so many people are using public recycling bins, such as those at elementary schools, to dispose of plastic and cardboard boxes. The one near my home at Barry Road and Smith Valley is constantly overflowing. What can we do to get more public recycling bins distributed in the White River Township area?
