Criminal Mischief

2100 block of Galaxy Drive: A woman reported at 10:11 a.m. Saturday that someone had spray painted a word on the street in front of her residence.

2200 block of Hampton Drive: Residents reported at 8:27 a.m. Saturday that their back window on their vehicle was broken overnight.

Personal-injury accident

10:20 a.m. Sunday – U.S. 31 and Nineveh Road. Willa Pardue, 77, Franklin. Pardue reported having pain and injury to her entire body. Jacob Mason, 26, Franklin. Mason reported having pain with injury to his elbow/lower arm.

Property-damage accidents

6:04 p.m. Monday – Cincinnati St. and Richey St.

8 p.m. Friday – S. Jackson St. and W. Jefferson St.

11:45 a.m. Friday – 20 S. Morton St., Walgreens parking lot

11:45 a.m. Friday – 1723 N. Main St., parking lot

Theft

2000 block of E. Benjamin St.: A woman reported at 10:49 a.m. Saturday that her son’s bicycles were stolen from the bike rack on the shared property.

400 block of E. Broadway St.: Reported at 10:17 a.m. Monday that criminal mischief had occurred.

Hit and Run

E. Main St. and I-65 N.: Reported at 4:31 p.m. Monday that a hit and run accident had occurred.

Property-damage accident

3:29 p.m. Monday – N. Emerson Ave. and County Line Road

Thefts

1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 9:19 p.m. Monday that a woman was arrested for theft.

700 block of Greenwood Springs Drive: Someone reported at 7:21 p.m. Monday that their boat and trailer had been stolen.

150 Marlin Drive, Meijer: Reported at 6:30 p.m. Monday that shoplifting had occurred.

1251 U.S. 31 N., Dicks Sporting Goods: Reported at 3:19 p.m. Monday that shoplifting had occurred.

4600 block of Fox Moor Place: Reported at 12:51 p.m. Monday that a theft had occurred.

Erlin Antunez, 29, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license, driving while suspended with prior suspension, false informing/reporting, possession of cocaine or narcotic drug and wanted on an out of county warrant; held without bond.

Thomas Deandre Stone, 24, Marion; arrested on a charge of possession of stolen property; released on $1,200 bond.

Timothy Neal Willoughby, 51, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of criminal trespassing; held on $1,000 bond.

Gary James Davis, 33, Indianapolis; arrested on warrants for failure to appear in court; held on $754 bond.

Brandon Michael Eddison Smith, 35, Greenwood; arrested on charges of criminal trespassing, resisting law enforcement and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia; held on $3,200 bond.

Zackery Payne, 18, Edinburgh; arrested on charges of domestic battery and disorderly conduct; held on $2,000 bond.

James M. Brown, 31, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of battery against public safety official engaged in official duty, resisting law enforcement, public intoxication by alcohol/drugs and disorderly conduct; bond information unavailable.

Clayton Wade Rushton, 42, Franklin; arrested on charges of resisting law enforcement, resisting law enforcement using a vehicle, habitual traffic violator, felon in possession of a firearm and a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $7,200 bond.

Renodia Cheeks, 41, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of possession of stolen property; released on $2,400 bond.

Candice R. Smith, 31, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of cocaine or narcotic drug; held on $2,400 bond.

Tomey Michael Deel, 27, Franklin; arrested on an out of county warrant; held without bond.

Terry W. Finchum, 57, Indianapolis; arrested on an out of county warrant; held without bond.

Richard Harold Michael, 53, North Vernon; arrested on a charge of invasion of privacy; released on $1,000 bond.

Mauricio Pena Ramirez, 28, Indianapolis; also arrested on charges of resisting law enforcement using a vehicle, operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license and reckless driving; held on $4,200 bond.
