2801 N. Morton St., police department: A man reported at 2:16 p.m. Thursday that he received a letter from a collection agency saying he owed money from a Sprint account and he has never had an account with Sprint.

3:33 p.m. Thursday – E. Main St. and S. Water St. Allyson Andis, 34, Indianapolis. Andis reported having an fracture/dislocation injury to her elbow/lower arm. Danielle Carthell, 26, Indianapolis. Carthell reported having pain and injury to her head. Kimberly Bland, 53, Indianapolis. Bland reported having pain and injury to her knee/lower leg/foot.
