Police investigating shots fired incident in Greenwood

Greenwood police are investigating a shots fired incident that occurred in the 300 block of Springfield Circle early Tuesday morning.

Multiple shots were fired from a vehicle into a house at around 12:48 a.m. People were inside the house, but no injuries were reported, said Jim Ison, Greenwood police chief.

Detectives are following leads and have gathered information from FLOCK license plate cameras and doorbell cameras, but don’t have a specific suspect at this time, Ison said.

The shots were fired from a dark-colored pick-up truck, possibly a Ford F-150, he said.
