Hit and run
900 block of Hamilton Avenue: Reported at 7:05 p.m. a vehicle ran into a mailbox in Franklin, and later at 7:53 p.m. was involved in a single-vehicle crash. Robert McTarsney was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a crash.

Fraud
900 block of Falkirk Circle: Reported at 5:11 p.m. Thursday someone used several credit cards without authorization.
Police pursuit
Stop 18 and Sheek Road: Police were involved in a pursuit from 9:01 a.m. to 9:12 a.m. Thursday that led to the arrest of Johnny L. Whitlow.
Theft
7 block of Middle Street: Reported at 10:27 a.m. Thursday that a theft had occurred.

Narcotics
15801 N. U.S. 31, Jay C Food, Edinburgh: A deputy conducted a warrant service at 4:30 p.m. Thursday and found pills in the vehicle upon a search. Trina L. Hill was arrested and booked into the Johnson County jail.
State Road 135 and Village Road, Bargersville: A deputy conducted a traffic stop at 11 p.m. Thursday, and found marijuana and paraphernalia during a vehicle search. The driver was issued citations and a summons.

Cameron C. Pagel, 48, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $350 bond.
Brittany Nichole Phelps, 38, Greenwood; arrested on warrants for failure to appear in court; held without bond.
Johnny L. Whitlow, 45, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of possession of a narcotic drug, obstruction of justice, possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon and resisting law enforcement; held on $12,300 bond.
