Theft

1000 block of Turning Leaf Drive: A woman reported at 4 p.m. Monday that she believes someone entered her home while she was there and stole money from her residence.

Burglary

11 Declaration Drive, Green Vape and Smoke: Reported at 8:19 a.m. Monday that a burglary had occurred.

Criminal Mischief

750 U.S. 31 N., Tom O’Brien: Reported at 12:24 p.m. Monday that criminal mischief had occurred.

Fraud

1000 block of Cherry Tree Lane: Reported at 8:33 a.m. Monday that a fraud had occurred.

Narcotics

692 S. State Road 135, Circle K: Reported at 3:40 a.m. Tuesday that a man was issued a summons to appear for possession of marijuana and driving while suspended with prior suspension.

Personal-injury crash

1:15 p.m. Saturday – State Road 135 and Olive Branch Road. Three children reported having injuries.

Thefts

1251 U.S. 31 N., Von Maur: Reported at 5:51 p.m. Monday that two juveniles were arrested for shoplifting and released to their parents.

1000 block of Westminster Row: Reported at 5:27 p.m. Monday that after returning home they discover several items are now missing.

860 U.S. 31 S., Rural King: Reported at 2:07 p.m. Monday that a theft had occurred.

Narcotics

S. Morgantown Road and W. Smith Valley Road, Greenwood: A officer reported at 1:52 a.m. Tuesday that during a traffic stop he detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and could see a metal grinder in center console. After a search of the vehicle marijuana was found and the driver was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

S. State Road 135 and W. Curry Road, Greenwood: A officer reported at 1:01 a.m. Tuesday that during a traffic stop he detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and after a search a white crystal substance was found. The driver was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and driving while suspended with prior suspension.

6:22 p.m. Sunday – State Road and County Road 550 S., Trafalgar. A woman reported having pain and injury to her neck.

6:13 a.m. Friday – County Road 450 E. and County Road 150, Franklin. A man reported having pain and injury to his neck. A man reported having pain and injury to his elbow/lower arm.

10:57 a.m. Tuesday – Franklin Road and Billingsly Road, Greenwood

Theft

4000 block of Oakton Way, Greenwood: A woman reported at 4:23 p.m. Monday that a theft had occurred.

Jayaun Moore, 22, Indianapolis; arrested on a Johnson County warrant; released on $250 bond.

Stanley Raymond Chambers Jr., 36, Greenwood; arrested on charges of domestic battery with moderate bodily injury and aggravated strangulation; held without bond.

Nicholas CJ Mattingly, 27, Greenwood; arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and drive while suspended with prior suspension; released on $2,200 bond.

Brandon Duane Nestler, 40, Franklin; arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated-endangerment, possession of cocaine or narcotic drug and driving while suspended with prior suspension; held on $3,200 bond.
