1139 N. Morton St., McDonald’s: A woman reported at 9:31 p.m. Saturday that a white vehicle had backed into her vehicle while in the drive-thru lane and then the vehicle took off. The vehicle and driver were later located and the driver was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a accident and a citation for not having insurance on his vehicle.

560 N. State Road 135, Marathon: Reported at 6:58 p.m. Sunday that a battery involving a victim who is pregnant had occurred. Individuals began arguing while the complaint’s vehicle was skipped for service and the suspect fled south on State Road 135 with a flat tire.
