Thefts
1133 N. Emerson Ave., Walmart: Reported at 10:26 p.m. Tuesday that a man was arrested for theft with a prior conviction, resisting law enforcement using a vehicle and driving while suspended with prior conviction.
1251 U.S. 31 N., JC Penney: Reported at 5:47 p.m. Tuesday that a woman was arrested for theft greater than $750.
1251 U.S. 31 N., Macys: Reported at 3:51 p.m. Tuesday that a man was arrested and released on a summons to appear for theft.
