Braves get upset in semifinal
Four errors helped doom Class 3A No. 9 Indian Creek to a surprising 7-1 loss to Northview in the semifinal round of the Edgewood Sectional on Thursday evening. The Braves (16-5) gave up three runs in the fourth inning and four more in the fifth to fall behind.

Greenwood fell just short of a victory against Greenfield-Central on Thursday, falling by a 155-157 score. Kalen Rowland led a balanced scorecard for the Woodmen with a 38, while Jahlen Burton had a 39 and both Davis Arthur and Barden Chase shot 40.
