Phyllis Jean Ellen (Dalton) Sherwood, 73, of Indianapolis, died Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016, in Indianapolis.
She is survived by her husband, John Sherwood of Indianapolis; three children, Janet (Dean) Stout of Beech Grove, Nancy (Jerry) Perkins of Greensburg and Missy Mashburn of North Carolina; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Fontanna Loman; and a son, Allen Loman.
Pastor Brian Lane will be conducting a funeral service at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Liberty Tabernacle Church, 6177 N. County Road 75W, New Whiteland. The family will be hosting a visitation from 9 a.m. until the time of the service at the church. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Jessen Funeral Home, Whiteland Chapel.
