<p>Derek Andrew Smith, 23, of Indianapolis, died Sunday, Nov. 6, 2016.</p>
<p>Survivors include his parents, Robert and Robin Ganstine Smith; brother, Dustin Smith; and grandparents, Mike and Karen Skipworth and Elizabeth Smith.</p>
<p>Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. today at G.H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home, 1605 S. State Road 135. The funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, with additional visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of service at St. John Lutheran Church, 6630 Southeastern Ave., Indianapolis. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood.</p>
<p>Memorial contributions may be made to Riley Hospital for children.</p>
