<p>Residents can now recycle cardboard, paper or glass items. The Johnson County Recycling Service Center is now open.</p>
<p>Hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and the second and fourth Saturdays of each month from 7:30 a.m. to noon.</p>
<p>The center is located at 900 Arvin Road in Franklin.</p>
