Criminal mischief

1800 block of Crescent Street: A woman reported at 8:22 a.m. Saturday that her car was egged and drawn on with chalk.

Shoplifting

Walgreens, 20 S. Morton St.: At 3:22 p.m. Saturday, an employee reported someone had taken all the store’s Five-Hour Energy drinks three days earlier.

CVS Pharmacy, 11 N. Morton St.: A woman was reported putting several items into a duffel bag and then exiting the store without paying for the items at 1:23 p.m. Tuesday.

Theft

200 block of Terre Haute Street: A woman reported items were missing from a shed she rents out at 8:07 p.m. Sunday.

1400 block of Jason Avenue: A woman reported a projection spotlight was missing from her yard at 7:30 a.m. Monday.

Walmart, 2125 N. Morton St.: A woman reported an unknown person took her purse from her car while she was loading groceries into the trunk at 11:34 a.m. Monday.

Walmart, 2125 N. Morton St.: A man reported at 2:14 p.m. Monday that he requested cash back from the Walmart self-checkout two days earlier and when he walked away from the register, his money was gone.

2100 block of Galaxy Drive: Police responded to a report of two missing bicycles at 1:52 a.m. Tuesday.

Fraud

2800 block of N. Morton Street: A man reported at 11:32 a.m. Monday that his card may have been skimmed at a gas station because gift card purchases were made on his card from out of state.

Narcotics

Walgreens, 20 S. Morton Street: Police found a small bag of marijuana after searching a parked car with a male and female inside at 8:52 p.m. Monday. The man was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.

Greenwood

Shoplifting

Target, 895 S. State Road 135: A man attempted to leave the store with more than $300 in merchandise at 1:35 p.m. Sunday. The man was not located, but all items were returned to the store.

Walmart, 1133 N. Emerson Ave: At 4:28 p.m. Monday, police arrested a man for taking merchandise from two different Walmart stores within a few hours.

Fraud

100 block of Surina Way: Police responded to a report of debit card fraud at 12:14 p.m. Monday.

Theft

100 block of Balmoral Way: Police responded to a report of a missing vehicle at 2:03 a.m. Wednesday.

Domestic battery

2300 Summerwood Lane: Police responded to a report of a domestic battery at 12:06 p.m. Tuesday.

Johnson County

Battery

30 block of 225 S, Franklin: A man reported at 9 p.m. Friday that another man showed up at his door claiming to have been beaten. The man had red marks and bumps all over his head, a swollen nose and his face and hands were covered blood. The man told police acquaintances beat him and threatened to kill him. He was taken to the hospital.

Theft

400 block of San Carlos Drive, Greenwood: Police found several pieces of missing mail belonging to the home at 10:24 p.m. Saturday. One package was ripped open with its contents missing, and the homeowner said he was unaware anything had been stolen at the time.

1900 Woodridge Place, Greenwood: A man reported that two checks he intended to mail were missing from his mailbox at 10:15 a.m. Monday. He said he found one of the envelopes ripped open and empty on his driveway.

Nina Marie Bolin, 33, 100 Patterson St., Franklin; arrested on a warrant for violation of probation; held without bond.

Robert Mitchell Parrish, 31, 315 W. Gordon Pike, Trailer 203, Bloomington; arrested on a charge of possession of paraphernalia; held on $1,000 bond.

Seth Thomas Pierson, 29, 207 South 6th St., Beech Grove; arrested on two charges of theft and and an out of county warrant; held on $4,800 bond.

Jason Everett Yager, 32, 573 W. Fisher Drive, Nineveh; arrested on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct; held on $4,000 bond.

Brenda L. Combs, 48, 150 Walnut St., Apt. 1, Franklin; arrested on charges of possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine and dealing in methamphetamine; held on $22,900 bond.

Amanda E. Loper, 41, 5525 N. 1275 W., Norman; arrested on a charge of residential entry; held on $1,200 bond.

Amanda Michelle Thomas, 39, 540 E. Pearl St., Greenwood; arrested on a charge of habitual traffic violator; held on $3,300 bond.

Justin Lee Charlton, 24, 342 Watson Lane, Greenwood; arrested on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and carrying an unlawful handgun; held on $9,900 bond.

Christopher Crystal Jones, 41, 601 Park Drive, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; held on $6,600 bond.
