To the editor:
Over 25 professional local government managers from Indiana were in Plainfield from May 1 to 3 for their annual conference to continue learning new concepts to professionally manage the day-to-day operations of their city or town. Managers came from as far north as the Town of Chesterton and as far south as the City of Aurora.
Some of the managers are right at our door step including Brownsburg, Bargersville, Cumberland, McCordsville, Plainfield, Speedway, Whiteland and Whitestown. The professional local government management structure serves over 100 Indiana communities and is at the forefront of providing efficient government services and new ideas for Indiana’s towns and cities.
