College notebook: Willoughby leads Spartans past Grizzlies
Manchester sophomore guard Logan Willoughby finished with 22 points, four rebounds and three steals to lead the Spartans men’s basketball team to a 78-74 win at Franklin College. Another former Whiteland player, senior Carter Crowe, had 11 points and four boards for the Grizzlies.

The unbeaten Braves, meanwhile, were without the services of injured senior guard Abby Fleetwood, so the Warriors came in harboring at least some hope of pulling off an upset.
