Bud and Doris Rhoades of Greenwood celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary with a family meal.
Mr. Rhoades and his wife, the former Doris Lasiter, were married Sept. 2, 1953 at Bargersville Christian Church.
He works for Access Johnson County. She works for the county assessor’s office.
The have four children, the late Carol Rhoades, Linda (Rick) Polesel, Susan McKeen and Gary Rhoades; nine grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
