A threat made against Indian Creek High School did not have any bearing to it, according to school district officials.
A juvenile homeschooled student who doesn’t attend Indian Creek schools made the threat Wednesday afternoon. The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office traced the phone carrier to California, and the Trafalgar Police Department traced the area code to a possible landline in Arizona, said Charles Roberts, Trafalgar’s police chief.
Johnson County Sheriff’s deputies and Trafalgar police officers went to the Indian Creek campus to provide extra security as students were dismissed Wednesday, Roberts said.
