FRANKLIN
Deanna K. Bryant, 82 of Franklin, passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2023.
She was born on August 11, 1940 in Franklin, Indiana to Ronald and Mildred (Quentin) Walden. She married Ernest Bryant who preceded her in passing in 2010. She is survived by sons, Glenn Dale Wilhite, Jr. (Erin); Tony Bryant (Robin), and Rick Bryant; several grandchildren and great grandchildren and sister, Cynthia Scott. She was preceded in passing by her parents; husband, Ernest; brother, Mike Walden; daughter, Cheryl Willard and granddaughters, Mary Beth and Amanda.
Deanna was a 1958 graduate of Franklin High School.
She was employed by the Indiana Masonic Home as a Cook, retiring after thirty-five years of dedicated service.
Deanna was a loving and caring person who had a good, kind heart and was a hard worker. She always had a listening ear for her family. You never saw her mad. She was the head of the household and kept everyone together.
Deanna loved antique shopping; visiting Brown County and enjoyed the Amish community and traveling locally. She enjoyed gardening and working in her yard.
There will be a private family service. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, Indiana. Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home in Franklin is assisting the family with arrangements.
