Women’s basketball suffers late defeat
Hanover staged a big fourth-quarter rally to pull out a 65-54 win at Franklin College on Wednesday evening. Maddie Barnes led the Grizzlies (8-14, 5-9 HCAC) with 13 points, followed by Taylor Cooney with 11.
Men’s basketball drops road tilt
Franklin College was overwhelmed in the final game of its five-game road swing, dropping a 98-62 decision at Hanover. Jacob Deere scored 15 points for the Grizzlies (12-10, 8-7 HCAC), while Lynn King finished with 14 points and nine rebounds.
