<p>Dorothy Ann (Packwood) Hayes, 82, of Indianapolis, died on Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2016, in Indianapolis.</p>
<p>She is survived by her children, Gregory Hayes of Greenwood and Jerri (Scott) Thibaut of Liberty Township, Ohio; two brothers, Ronald (Tina) Packwood of Morrisonville, New York, and William (Linda) Packwood of Jeffersonville; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.</p>
<p>A celebration of life service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Friday at Jessen Funeral Home, Whiteland Chapel, 729 N. U.S. 31 with visitation from 6 p.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home.</p>
<p>In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.</p>
